No. We lease the lights to you for the Christmas season as part of our complete service, which includes design, installation, maintenance, take-down, and storage. If you'd prefer to own them outright, you also have the option to purchase the lights from us.
No, in fact, it's best if you don't. We custom-design every display using our own commercial-grade C9 materials, which are the highest-quality bulbs on the market. We lease the lights to you for the season, so there's nothing for you to buy, store, or maintain on your own.
Yes, absolutely. We're happy to install lights you already own. Keep in mind, though, that the installation price remains the same whether we use your lights or ours, and ours are the highest-quality C9 bulbs available, built to last and look flawless season after season.
Occasionally, depending on the scope of the project. For a tailored response based on your specific needs, please contact us at 925-434-4461 and we'll let you know what's possible.
Maintenance is included in your service. If a bulb goes out, a strand sags, or anything comes loose, we'll take care of it, simply give us a call and we'll be out to fix the problem within one business day.
No. These lights are not designed for permanent, year-round use. The wiring, clips, and bulbs are weather-resistant, but they require mandatory maintenance every few months to prevent sagging, short circuits, and even fire hazards. If you want lights that stay up year-round, we recommend our permanent lighting options like Govee or bluEmber.
Late September through early November is the safest window. December slots go quickly and installs are weather-dependent.

Chris and his team are professional, timely and do great work. We had Christmas lights installed that were beautifully done by his team! I will definitely use him again next year. Chris's team also cleaned my gutters while taking down the lights for a great price. They cleaned up everything so nicely and the gutters are completely free of leaves and debris. Thank you so much!
