How Phoraa
was born?
Phoraa Lighting started inside our sister company, The Suited Cleaners. Window cleaning and pressure washing slow down in the winter, so we added lighting to keep our crews working all year.
As lighting grew, we separated permanent and Christmas lighting into their own company so it could have its own brand, its own team focus, and its own licensing and insurance built specifically around lighting work.
Same owner, same crews, same standards. Just a different service.
Meet Victor
Victor is our Project Manager, and honestly, he is the backbone of every install we do. Exceptionally skilled, meticulous, and fast, he can look at a roofline once and know exactly how the job should be built.
He leads our crews the way great leaders do: calmly, by example, and with a standard he never lowers. Straight lines, even spacing, hidden wiring and a clean property at the end of the day, that is Victor's signature on every home.
He is also the person everyone is happy to see pull up. Always smiling, always kind to homeowners and teammates alike, and always willing to teach. His impact on the growth of Phoraa Lighting has been tremendous, and we do not take it for granted.
Outside of work, Victor loves cooking, gardening, and long hikes, which tells you everything about him: patient, detail-driven, and happiest when he is making something grow.
Meet Krasi
Meet Krasi, better known as Chris, the 22-year-old entrepreneur behind Phoraa Lighting.
Born in a small town in Bulgaria, Krasi moved to the USA on July 14th, 2022 with just $1000, a suitcase, and a dream to become an entrepreneur.
In 2023, right before finishing his senior year at Dougherty Valley High School, he founded The Suited Cleaners with one clear goal: to become the BEST exterior home services company in the area. Phoraa Lighting grew out of that same team.
In the fall of 2023, he expanded the business to Santa Barbara while attending university. In 2025, he sold the Santa Barbara location and transferred to USC Marshall School of Business to study Business Administration with a specialization in Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
Today, Krasi runs The Suited Cleaners and Phoraa Lighting, providing the best home services in the Bay Area and soon in Southern California. Outside of work, he loves calisthenics, the beach, and soccer.
Meet Ally
Ally Yurukova is our Chief Marketing Officer and virtual assistant. She runs all of our marketing and growth, and she is behind every design, creative, blog, and website update you see here.
From our ads and social media to our copywriting, branding and website support, Ally shapes how Phoraa shows up everywhere. She also keeps a close eye on customer satisfaction, making sure every homeowner is taken care of from the first message to the final follow-up. Ally has been a crucial part of the growth of Phoraa Lighting.
Ally is a 21-year-old student at UC Irvine, studying Computer Engineering with a minor in Finance, which is exactly why she is so good at mixing creative work with numbers. On top of a full course load, she works full-time with us, which is seriously impressive for a college student.
In her free time she loves attending Formula 1 races and food tasting.
