Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly, name, phone number, email address, property address and project details, when you request a quote, call us, or apply for a job. We also collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare estimates, schedule and perform services, communicate about your project, process payments, and, if you opt in, send occasional service reminders or promotions.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only with service providers who help us operate, scheduling, payment processing, and communications, and when required by law.
Text messaging (SMS)
Phoraa Lighting is operated by The Suited Cleaners LLC. If you provide your phone number, you may receive calls or text messages about your estimate or appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Advertising measurement (Google Ads)
We use the Google Ads tag to measure when visitors who clicked our ads submit a quote request. Google receives your browser and ad-click information, the page visited, and a quote reference number (no name, email or phone) for ad measurement and ad optimization. Visitors in the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Quebec are asked for permission first and can accept or reject; everyone can change or withdraw their choice any time using "Cookie settings" in the site footer. Learn how Google uses data at business.safety.google/privacy.
Data retention and security
We keep customer records as long as needed for business and legal purposes and use reasonable safeguards to protect them. No method of transmission is fully secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at business@thesuitedcleaners.com or 925-434-4461.
