Estimates and quotes
Quotes are based on the information and measurements available at the time. If site conditions differ materially, we will notify you and provide a revised quote before performing additional work.
Scheduling and access
You agree to provide safe access to the property, including power and clear working areas. Weather may require rescheduling; we will notify you as early as possible.
Payment
A deposit may be required to schedule work, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late balances may accrue interest as permitted by law.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled install are refunded in full, less any custom-ordered materials.
Warranty
Permanent lighting installs carry a workmanship warranty plus the manufacturer's product warranty. Warranties do not cover damage from storms, animals, third-party alterations or misuse. Seasonal installations include in-season maintenance only.
Property condition
We install using clips and non-invasive methods wherever possible. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions such as deteriorated fascia, gutters or wiring.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

Phoraa Lighting is operated by The Suited Cleaners LLC. By providing your phone number and consenting to text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages from Phoraa Lighting (The Suited Cleaners LLC) about your quote, appointment and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
